Gary , you will need to pay for it upfront so wait till october order it over the phone and send passport via email and you can collect it when you arrive

If you look up torre pesca in torrevieja and send them an email and a photocopy of your passport they will get you a licence it takes a few weeks to obtain so ask them well in advance

Valencia fishing licence for the rivers not federation sorry

El bosquet is day ticket and pedrera free but you need a Valencia federation licence for both which is about 30e for 3 years tells you on the website how to get one

No you are not allowed to fish it . The odd person does but not that many fish in it

No you can only fish the region to which your licence was issued ie Murcia with a murcia licence. Multiple region licences are available online

El bosquet is about the best you will get, you can park at the back of your peg but the pegs are mainly sunken down so it may not be suitable . The river at murcia may be better

Only a couple of pegs are wheelchair friendly at the moment you would have to have a drive there and have a look for yourself, although you can park at the rear if your peg most have steps down
